We ordered 2x bottles of the Truffle Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 500ml and I'm glad we did. The oil had a beautiful truffle smell plus taste of course, which was so silky smooth. We use it in our pasta dishes, risotto, mashed potatoes, pizzas and we also love it for breakfast with eggs on toast with shavings of parmesan cheese. Who doesn't love truffle oil !!!
A fantastic aroma of fresh Truffle following through to the palate. Beautiful Umani rich aroma complementing the base EVOO. A harmonious oil lingering with a savoury aftertaste with good balance.
