Truffled Burrata with Roasted Tomatoes and Basil Oil

Delicate, fresh, indulgent — And perfect as a starter or brunch feature.
Ingredients:
Burrata (room temperature)
Cherry tomatoes (roasted with olive oil, salt, and garlic)
Basil leaves + good olive oil (for basil oil)
Toasted sourdough or focaccia
Truffle Oil or Truffle Honey (Great Southern Truffles)
Optional: Black Truffle Slices or Carpaccio
To serve:
Place burrata in the center, surround with warm roasted tomatoes, drizzle with basil oil and truffle oil (or truffle honey for a sweet touch). Finish with black pepper and optional truffle slices.
