Great Southern Truffles ships with Australia Post for Truffle products.
When shipping fresh truffles, we look to maintain freshness and pungent flavour. Unfortunately, truffles are notoriously fickle and whenever sent via courier, we need to consider a couple of factors, such as time, temperature and moisture.
Truffles start to lose quality when they are removed from the ground and consequently, the flavour begins to dissipate. Unfortunately, some delays and other factors have prevented couriers from delivering parcels on time. As a result, the parcel could end up languishing an entire week in transit and be sub-standard on arrival. Therefore, we no longer dispatch fresh truffles.
Great Southern Truffles accepts no responsibility for any loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of goods ordered from our website. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to release our carriers from any liability relating to the loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of any goods you order from this website and to assign all rights to claim compensation or insurance against our carriers to us and expressly and irrevocably do so through the use of our order system.
Great Southern Truffles take no responsibility for products stored incorrectly. Please read the storage conditions on the label.
Orders are posted on Monday through Friday and are generally shipped within 24-72 hours of receiving payment.
Delivery times may vary between 5-7 days.
In rural and regional areas of Australia, delivery times for Express Parcel Services are in respect of delivery to the Post Office of the principal township in that area.
Delivery to final destinations may take longer. If in doubt, please check with your local Post Office. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery to States other than Western Australia.

Great Southern Truffles will offer a 02-day money-back guarantee, including a change of mind for truffle products. Product must be returned within 05 working days from the invoice date, in original condition and packaging, we don't accept open products. Great Southern Truffles will not replace or refund products that have passed their use-by date or been stored incorrectly.
Our policy is:
1. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging with all accessories and contents, we don't accept open products.
2. When returning products for refund, you must contact Great Southern Truffles either by calling our office on +61 (0) 8 6500 4200 or via email: firstname.lastname@example.org, prior to sending the items. Indicate the reason for the return and details of how you will be returning the goods. Great Southern Truffles reserve the right to review all returns to assess acceptability.
3. We recommend that you return the product via Australia Post. You must pre-pay all returns postage, assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit. We advise you to arrange registered delivery with Australia Post. Great Southern Truffles reserves the right to refuse to accept and return parcels that arrive COD or have ‘More To Pay’ stamped on them.
4. When returning damaged products and packing, please send us photos within 48 hours after receiving them for us to review and evaluate acceptability - email: email@example.com
