I use it in absolutely EVERYTHING! In the last week I have cooked Scrambled Eggs, Spaghetti Bolognaise, Roasted Vegetables, Rump Steak, Cottage Pie and Chicken & Pasta. And much more! All of them got a squirt of Truffle & Spice. It absolutely brings any dish to the next level! I order two bottles at a time. Don’t want to run out!
Bought the truffle spicy sauce, fois gras, and paste. The spicy is fantastic, and goes with almost everything that has meat. I wish it came in a larger bottle. The fois gras has a nice hint of truffle without overpowering the fois gras richness. I had the paste with mash potato - divine.
Generous use of truffle which is evident in the initial taste. Skilled use of a gum delivers a perfect texture. Pleasant to see that fruit of flavours are the lasting memory of this product and not just heat - Well done.
