Truffled Fried Rice

This is a quick and easy Truffled Fried Rice recipe which blends ingredients and techniques from Japanese, Chinese, and Vietnamese cuisines to create an indulgent fried rice using our Black Truffle Sauce and Black Truffle Honey.

Ingredients:
2 eggs
200g cooked rice (day old)
60g frozen peas, carrot and corn
10ml soy sauce
1 spring onion – sliced
2 garlic cloves minced
Instructions
In a heated wok add in the beaten eggs and cook as an omelette. Once almost cooked, start to add in the truffle sauce and garlic and mix to combine.
Add in the rice and continue to mix, followed by the frozen vegetables and spring onions.
Lastly, add in the truffle honey and soy sauce and adjust to taste.
Serve and enjoy.
