From 10–12 July 2026, the Fremantle Truffle Festival returns bigger, bolder, and more immersive than ever.
For the very first time, the Fremantle Truffle Festival is expanding beyond the iconic Fremantle Markets, with a range of exciting events and experiences taking place across Fremantle throughout the festival weekend.

Friday 10 July, 6.30pm the Old Courthouse
Opening Night Truffle Dinner & Talk
Immerse yourself in a truffle-laden experience on opening night of Fremantle Truffle Festival, with an evening dedicated to the rare and unmistakable luxury of fresh truffles. Enjoy a three-course dinner menu with optional wine pairings, designed to complement the elegance and complexity of this seasonal delicacy.

Unfortunately our truffle dog has fallen ill and won't be able to do the truffle hunt demonstration this weekend (and all the other dogs are too busy hunting truffles). We apologise for any inconvenience caused and look forward to seeing you in the Festival Marquee.

Truffle Tasting Stations
The next generation of emerging chefs from Australian Culinary Foundation WA and the WA O'Brien Culinary Academy will deliver multiple truffle tasting experiences in this year’s festival marquee.
A selection of specialty truffle products will be available for purchase, including truffle cheese, truffle popcorn, truffle salami, and more.
There will be a dedicated area offering truffle seedlings, specialised truffle fertilisers, and expert advice from industry professionals.
Families can continue the fun experience with a range of interactive activities designed to entertain visitors of all ages, including games, “Guess the Weight” competitions, and “Find the Truffle” challenges created especially for younger guests.

Available exclusively during the festival weekend, Emily Taylor Bar will be serving Lobster & Truffle Dumplings with prawn, sweet aromatic soy, and truffle oil.
For the Fremantle Truffle Festival, you can add freshly shaved Manjimup truffle to your dumplings for $10.
