We have combined the best duck liver in Spain, cleaned and deveined and seasoned perfectly with Black Winter Truffles grown in Australia to create the most luxurious combination of Spanish and Australian ingredients.
- Serve on a rustic or brioche bread, use Truffle Duck Foie Gras as an independent main dish or as a filling for ravioli and tartlets.
