If you are happy to receive our Black Truffle Butter at room temperature you can order it online by Express Post. We store our Black Truffle Butter in the freezer, it is also pasteurised, so is perfectly safe to eat at room temperature.
Once received, please keep in fridge.
- Stir into mashed potato.
- Add to a seared steak just before serving.
- Melt on steamed fish or sautéed vegetables.

Fresh black truffle visible, a great example of well prepared truffle flavoured butter, creamy and buttery texture, truffle aroma and flavour beautifully carried from the nose to the palate, well balanced clean taste with salt and pepper, a great sensory experience.
