Baked Potato with Truffle Butter

  • Waxy potatoes

  • Oil

  • Salt/pepper

  • Great Southern Black Truffle Butter (available at our store in Perth or check our stockist list)


  1. Preheat the oven to 150 ºC

  2. Rub the potatoes with oil

  3. Season with salt and pepper

  4. Pierce skin a few times

  5. Place in the oven. Cook between 45 minutes to 1 hour until soft, depending on their size.

  6. Remove from the oven, rest for 10 minutes before serving

  7. Cut a cross in the top and pinch with your finger in a downward motion

  8. Melt some Great Southern Black Truffle Butter on top of each potato and serve
