Our Low-Carb, Gluten Free Truffle Pancake recipe below makes the perfect truffle breakfast, brunch, or dessert. It’s gluten free, low-carb and so easy you can get the kids involved!
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 2 minutes
Servings: 1 piece
Ingredients:
1 Egg
3 Tablespoons Almond Flour
1 Tablespoon Great Southern Truffles Aioli
¼ Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Water
Butter for frying
Optional – for extra truffleness!
Instructions:
Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Grease pan with butter. Combine and mix all the ingredients in a cup, then pour into frying pan. Flip the pancake when the underside has cooked. Cook for a further 1-2 minutes or until cooked through. Transfer to a plate. Serve either savoury or sweet.
