During our Truffle Extravaganza 2025 at Fremantle Markets, every stall was challenged to create something delicious with one star ingredient: truffle. And let’s just say, Starvin Marvin understood the assignment — and then some.
Their creation?🔥 A Truffle Cheese Steak Sandwich that stopped us in our tracks.
Think juicy, thin-sliced steak grilled to perfection, layers of melted cheese, and that unmistakable umami hit of truffle running through every bite. It’s comfort food with a gourmet edge — bold, cheesy, and absolutely unforgettable.
