Great Southern Truffles and Good Food and Wine Show: Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

This competition is open to attendees of the Good Food and Wine Show Perth 2024 held at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre in Western Australia on July 19th, 20th and 21st, 2024.

How to Enter:

During the promotional period (July 19th-21st, 2024), entrants must visit the designated link and complete the registration form under "Register for the Truffles Competition."

Prize Details:

The prize includes:

• 1 Truffle & Spice 220g

• 1 Black Truffle Mustard 110g

• 1 Black Truffle Butter 165g

Prize Claiming:

• Winners will be contacted on July 24th, 2024.

• We will contact the winner(s) through the contact details provided upon entry.

• Winners have to pick up the prize at the Great Southern Truffles store (4/139 Buxton St. - Mt. Hawthorn, WA 6016) within 2 weeks of notification.

Unclaimed Prizes:

Failure to claim the prize within the stipulated timeframe (2 weeks after notification) will result in forfeiture.

General Terms:

• No alterations can be made to the prizes.

• The Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize in the event a winner fails to claim it within 14 days of notification.

• All prize components must be taken together. Accepting a part of the prize forfeits the remaining components.

• The Promoter is not liable for:

  • Inaccurate entries or technical malfunctions.

  • Lost, misdirected, stolen, late, illegible, incomplete, or incorrectly submitted entries.

  • Any injuries or damages related to competition participation.

• The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from accepting the prize.

• The Promoter's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Additional Information:

• The competition commences on July 19th, 2024, and closes at 6:00 pm AWST on July 21st, 2024.

• Winners are responsible for any costs associated with prize redemption (delivery fee if applicable).
