Grilled Fish with Truffle & Spice
This grilled fish dish, seasoned with Truffle & Spice, is the perfect choice for a sophisticated Easter lunch. The combination of truffles and spices will transform a simple fish fillet into a flavorful and gourmet experience.
Ingredients:
4 white fish fillets (such as bass, sole, or snapper)
2 tablespoons of Truffle & Spice (Great Southern Truffles)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lemon (sliced)
Fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs (optional, for aroma)
Extra virgin olive oil (for grilling the fish)
Instructions:
Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of Truffle & Spice.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and place the fish fillets in the pan. Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is fully cooked and tender inside.
While the fish is grilling, drizzle with a little Truffle Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil for added flavor.
Once the fish is done, remove from the pan and place on a serving plate.
Garnish with lemon slices and sprigs of rosemary or thyme.
